Looking at Art with Yoko Oh No
A celebration of art—and the wisdom of innocence.

About the Book

Looking at Art with Yoko Oh No was created to help children learn how to look, notice, and pay attention.

For children of all ages — and the adults who accompany them — the book invites readers to slow down, trust their own observations, and spend time with a work of art.

Rather than teaching facts or providing answers, it encourages curiosity, conversation, and the confidence to notice things for oneself.

There are no right answers.

Only things worth noticing.

And everybody can do that.
